Mike

Drummer Mike Bayer has been a lover of music since he was a wee lad. He and his mom would drive around town listening to the Beatles and Michael Jackson on tape while banging out the drum parts on the dashboard. It wasn't long before Mike realized that he could possibly inspire the next generation of dashboard drummers. Before he would be able to reach his goal, though, he would have to learn to play the drums—so learn to play, he did. He has drummed for many local bands and is currently moonlighting with Amateur Radio Operator and Evangeline. Mike likes cooking for friends and family, gardening, and making the occasional paper airplane..

After about 10 years of doing social work with homeless teenagers, Danny met his wife, the superhero Wonderbecca.. Their two kids, Henry and Elliott, are the inspiration for many Not-Its! songs. Nori

Bass player and backup singer, Nori Hoeft (mother of 1), wrote her first score at the age of six for an original musical based on the Care Bears, performed exclusively by and for family members. She went on to be a total band geek, studied music at Cornish College of the Arts, and eventually earned a degree in ethnomusicology from the University of Washington in Seattle. Nori also did fieldwork in the Kordilyera mountain region of the Philippines, which means she can play the nose flute and eat without utensils. Nori started recording and performing as a solo musician under various names in the 1990s, when she was also the lead singer and guitarist for local indie-rock band Servo. Nori enjoys yoga, science fiction, and chocolate, sometimes simultaneously.
